Munich, A Major Cultural Center

The sprawling metropolis of Munich is the capital of Bavaria and one of Germany's major cultural centers. It is situated at the foot of the Alps within easy reach of several lakes and ski resorts. Bed and breakfast travelers will have many choices for cultural pursuits including the Alte Pinakothek, the Bavarian National Museum, the German Museum of Masterpieces of Science and Technology and Schloss Nymphenburg. Munich is famous for its beer gardens, nightlife and festivals, most notably the annual, 16 day long Oktoberfest, but it also offers bed and breakfast travelers numerous choices for elegant shops, intriguing retailers, antique and flea markets.

One of the rooms is a spacious one (40 sqm), located in the attic of the house, fully-furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, big sofa, fridge and a cable TV. The room is very cozy, comfortable and perfect for two people.

The second room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is smaller but very bright and welcoming. The bathroom is shared with the hosts. Guests are welcome to use the comfortable living room which is equipped with a TV and the garden verandah. Free Internet access is available as well.

Zeevat is located in Southeast Munich, near the Trade Fair center and two large shopping malls. The historical city center of Munich is approximately 25 min away and can be reached with very convenient means of public transport. The mountains, lake sides and parks in and around Munich are easily accessible from here.
